The government authority in Alhambra, California, is seeking a vendor to provide professional information technology and support services. The selected provider will deliver comprehensive IT solutions to enhance the cost-effectiveness, quality, and productivity of the agency's IT operations, leveraging current technological expertise. Core responsibilities include maintenance of the agency's computer network, strategic planning for both short-term and long-term IT objectives, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The vendor will offer project management resources on an as-needed basis, handling tasks from vendor selection through to project implementation. Additional responsibilities involve delivering desktop and network support, developing and executing IT projects, and introducing mechanisms to maximize the use of existing technological resources.
