A Texas agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional Head Start management software that supports comprehensive data tracking and reporting needs. The software must facilitate the collection and management of child and family information in key areas such as eligibility, enrollment, attendance, health, inclusion services, family engagement, and educational components.
Key requirements include ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance) capabilities, robust family engagement and health tracking, as well as tools for inclusion and education monitoring. The solution should allow for customizable reporting, support the collection of Program Information Report (PIR) data, enable in-kind tracking, and store file attachments. Additional features should include task management functions such as calendar reminders, integration of electronic signature pads, and secure communication channels with parents via email and/or text.
The agency is also seeking a vendor capable of providing customized training and ongoing consultation to ensure effective implementation and use of the software.
