DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional environmental consulting services on an on-call basis to assist in managing environmental and wildlife programs across four airports. Responsibilities include oversight and management of water resources, including jurisdictional waters and stormwater, as well as support for maintaining ongoing environmental programs.

The selected consultant will be expected to perform periodic audits to ensure compliance, evaluate tenant activities, and conduct environmental assessments related to contaminated media, industrial operations, acquisitions, and disposals. Additional services include hazardous materials and waste handling, storage and disposal, as well as wildlife surveys, the development of action plans, and ongoing wildlife management work.

Interested vendors must be able to submit detailed reports with recommendations for necessary actions based on findings. The resulting contract will have a five-year term, with opportunities for ongoing engagement in environmental compliance and resource management operations.
