A government authority in Freehold, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide professional engineering services focused on irrigation water supply improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing and understanding the conditions and restrictions of the current water allocation and land use permits, particularly as they relate to a stream restoration project. All design work must adhere to applicable permit and regulatory requirements.
Tasks include performing a baseline controlled field survey to accurately locate existing topographic features within probable project limits and adjacent extensions, ensuring thorough documentation of existing site conditions. The scope also covers the design of a replacement stream intake system, including the intake pipe, its supports, and the control structure, as well as the replacement of the existing irrigation transfer pump station.
The firm will be expected to obtain or modify all necessary permits at the federal, state, and local levels to facilitate these improvements. Interested parties should prepare to submit any questions no later than March 26, 2026.
