The government authority in Williamstown, New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional engineering services covering civil, site, environmental, and landscape disciplines. The selected firm will be responsible for the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various construction projects, as well as conducting detailed studies and investigations on specific project elements. Additional responsibilities include preparation of reports, land surveying activities, construction inspection, and full construction contract administration.
The services also extend to specialized engineering studies such as drainage and construction feasibility analyses. The selected vendor will be required to prepare bid documents and actively coordinate, facilitate, and attend project-related meetings, including pre-bid, preconstruction, and project progress sessions. The contract term is one year.
