DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Bastrop, Texas seeks a vendor to provide professional engineering services focused on acoustical analysis for a solar energy facility. The selected engineering firm will be responsible for placing individual sound meters at each identified and approved location to monitor and record sound levels over a 24-hour period.
The scope includes pre-field activities such as collecting geographical information system (GIS) data and maps for measurement locations, and providing right-of-entry access for any required private properties, including a list of up to five adjacent properties for sound monitoring.
