The government authority in Exeter, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive professional engineering services. The scope of work includes civil engineering and architectural design encompassing complete roadway geometric design, demolition, asphalt and base improvements, drainage, grading, curb, gutter, sidewalks, cross gutters, ADA access ramps, street signage, street striping, electrical enhancements, landscaping, irrigation, wastewater, sewer improvements, water infrastructure, overall site improvements, as well as structure and bridge design, and building design.
The selected consultant engineer will be responsible for signing all plans, specifications, estimates, and related engineering data provided. Additionally, the firm is expected to prepare a final, detailed Construction Cost Estimate in alignment with the final design report, and deliver construction engineering, management, and inspection services throughout the project lifecycle. Interested vendors must submit any questions by April 22, 2026.
This engagement will cover a multi-year contract period, providing a comprehensive range of engineering, design, and inspection services necessary for successful project completion.
