Asset Condition Assessment and Risk-Based Prioritization services are required to be completed by July 29th, 2027 (540 days from the Consent Order effective date).
Assessment Report, Distribution Plan, and Schedule services are required to be completed by October 27th, 2027 (630 days from the Consent Order effective date).
Asset Management and Maintenance Program and Infrastructure Management Tracking services are required to be completed by May 24th, 2028 (840 days from the Consent Order effective date).
Status reports are required every six months.
The overall Consent Order compliance deadline is February 5th, 2029 (three years from the Consent Order effective date).
The initial contract term is three years from the date of award, with an option for two additional one-year extensions.

A government authority located in Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional engineering services. Scope of work includes planning and compliance-related tasks, specifically the review and analysis of available asset inventory, GIS data, inspection records, maintenance history, and operational data. The project requires evaluating asset condition, estimating remaining useful life, and implementing a risk-based approach to prioritize assets that are most vulnerable to failure.
Vendors will also be responsible for reviewing current asset inventory practices, inspection and condition assessment processes, maintenance planning, data management, performance tracking, and lifecycle management. These efforts will support the development of a formal Asset Management and Maintenance Program, including the establishment of associated tracking capabilities. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 9, 2026.
