The government authority in Camden, New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional engineering services across a range of tasks. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with highway agency stormwater permits, performing emergency engineering design through immediate field investigations, and supporting decisions on the necessity of on-call professional services consultants after emergencies.
Additionally, the selected vendor will deliver professional survey services, preparing plans and legal descriptions for temporary or permanent easements and right-of-way acquisitions, as well as conducting field data collection. Engineering design review services are required to ensure availability of a second firm if a conflict of interest arises, while planning board review services and construction field inspections during regular working hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm) are also included. The scope further encompasses traffic engineering services. The contract will span one year.
