A government authority in Oneonta, NY is seeking qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the replacement of the Main Street Silver Creek Bridge. The selected engineering firm will conduct a thorough inspection and evaluation of the existing bridge structure, leading to the preparation of a detailed written summary of current conditions, findings, and professional recommendations for the replacement of the bridge and its associated elements.
The scope of work also includes performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to ensure that the proposed replacement will not create any adverse impacts in the surrounding area. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for delivering a budgetary construction cost estimate, including an overall final best opinion of construction cost as well as anticipated engineering services required during the construction phase.
