A government authority in North Carolina is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive professional engineering services for a variety of site development projects. The scope of services includes the preparation of conceptual plans, preliminary cost estimates, site plan development, and support throughout the permitting process.
Additional responsibilities may involve stormwater design and permitting, surveying, construction administration, wetland and stream delineation, utility and infrastructure design, and traffic impact studies. The authority may also require architectural design services, transportation design, GIS support, property and right-of-way acquisition assistance, construction permitting design review, construction engineering and inspections, and geotechnical engineering services.
