A government authority in Florida is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional engineering services for an expansion project. The scope of work includes conducting topographic surveys—covering both overhead and underground utilities—for the expansion area, as well as performing supplemental surveys of identified wetlands required for site design.
Additional services encompass wetland assessments, wildlife surveys targeting endangered, threatened, protected, or listed species, and geotechnical investigations to support the design of structures and ponds. Vendors will also be required to provide a detailed engineer’s estimate of the probable cost of construction.
