The government authority located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin is seeking to contract with a provider for professional engineer services for a one-year period. The scope of services includes conducting topographic surveys, right-of-way determinations, and possibly the development and staking of right-of-way plats. The selected firm will coordinate permitting processes with regulatory agencies and utility companies as needed.
Responsibilities also encompass construction management, including oversight, inspection services, and material testing related to local-let projects, particularly for roadway or structure replacements under township or county jurisdiction. The provider will perform engineering traffic studies such as intersection and corridor safety reviews, speed zone analyses, and provide expert review of traffic impact reports associated with private development projects.
Additionally, the contract will cover full-scale real estate acquisition services. This includes conducting appraisals, negotiating acquisitions, and maintaining comprehensive project and parcel documentation to support project development.
