The system should allow course tracking and generate detailed reports connecting PD, coaching, and observation data at various organizational levels and roles. Reporting functionalities must include automatic data updates, data permission controls, comparison of results across coaching, walkthroughs, and PD, with the ability to filter by role, team, and evaluation area. Each employee profile should display records of coaching supports, walkthroughs, and PD attendance, with forms that autosave regularly.

Additional requirements include seamless integration with district systems, web-based access compatible with major browsers, Active Directory synchronization, single sign-on capabilities, and a reliable backup and redundancy infrastructure. The solution should also provide a robust training library, user documentation, and demonstrate proven uptime and reliability.
