The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing conceptual designs, site layouts, unit mix, circulation patterns, and related narratives to ensure alignment with program requirements, master planning documents, and applicable codes.
Key responsibilities include assessing building massing, density, project phasing, amenities, and integration with existing campus facilities. The vendor will identify any design deficiencies or areas requiring additional information, and prepare technical summaries to assist staff and board-level decision-making.
