The City of Lakeland, TN is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive professional design services for a new pickleball court facility. The selected firm will be responsible for a full range of services, including site development, architectural and structural design, landscape architecture, and geotechnical analysis, to ensure the successful planning and execution of the facility.
In addition to the design scope, the vendor will provide an engineer’s opinion of probable construction costs covering the courts and all site improvements. The firm will also prepare detailed construction plans and a bid book, along with managing all ancillary responsibilities and submittals necessary to produce a complete and ready-to-build set of plans and specifications for the pickleball facility project.
