A government authority in North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive design, construction, and grant management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for an array of tasks, including design planning, engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration and oversight. Services also encompass thorough verification of existing site conditions such as adjacent facilities, property boundaries, and infrastructure capacity for water, sewage, gas, and electric. Assessments must address structural and mechanical factors, site ingress and egress, code and permitting compliance, as well as ADA requirements for the project site area.

In addition, the scope includes mechanical and electrical engineering design, such as planning for potential water misting elements and other infrastructure needs. The vendor will provide cost estimating throughout the final design phase, facilitate value engineering as needed, and generate comprehensive construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
