The selected vendor will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for developing, managing, and distributing creative content across both digital and print media to enhance public awareness and support educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities include conducting research and producing high-quality materials such as videos, banners, audio, and educational content. The vendor will maintain a shareable content library and produce a steady stream of materials, including at least three posts per week on digital platforms, a monthly newsletter, and various print resources. Responsibilities also extend to planning, promoting, and coordinating awareness campaigns related to suicide prevention and mental health, as well as managing two primary social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). This includes building a strategic online presence, tailoring content for targeted audiences, event promotion, cross-posting, and digital flyer integration within marketing strategies.
