DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a variety of specialized professional consulting services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes strategy, advisory, and governance services such as strategy development, public policy and government relations, management consulting, organizational change management, executive leadership training, and executive recruitment services.
Additionally, the selected vendor will perform analysis, assessment, and evaluation, including program assessment and planning, program evaluation, process improvement, and organizational and operational assessment. Engagement, delivery, and implementation services are also required, encompassing community engagement, facilitation, team building, and program management.
All inquiries related to this RFP must be submitted no later than March 30, 2026. The contract will be for a one-year term.
