The city seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional, comprehensive communications services across all municipal channels. Services include regular strategic sessions and recommendations for improving communication efforts, with a focus on integrating current and updated industry best management practices. The vendor will manage and monitor social media platforms and provide technical and content support for the city's website, including coordination with third-party vendors and hosting providers.

Content drafting will only be performed upon separate approval, but ongoing services include content creation, fact-checking, graphic design, scheduling, posting, and initial response within 24 hours (excluding city holidays). The vendor is expected to broadcast planning commission meetings, manage media relations and content development, and draft up to twenty-four press releases or official statements annually. Additionally, the selected firm will deliver public relations support for highly political or significant city actions and advise on strategies to protect and enhance the city's reputation through proactive messaging and image management.

The scope also includes project management, strategy, copyediting, and proofreading of city-provided materials. 24/7 availability is required only during major incidents or as specifically authorized by the city.
