Responsibilities include supporting police and public safety communications, developing monthly social media content calendars, designing original graphics, and creating monthly analytics reports that track follower growth, engagement, and top performing posts.

Further, the scope of work encompasses crisis communications and reputation management, strategic communications planning, and issues management. The consultant will facilitate community relations and grassroots outreach, as well as provide guidance on state and local government affairs and legislative tracking. Media training for city officials is also required, ensuring effective communication across all channels and fostering positive public engagement.
