DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Salisbury, North Carolina, is seeking professional civil engineering and planning services to support a range of landfill-related projects. Required services include landfill planning, environmental analysis, land acquisition, preliminary and final design, project estimating, bidding, and construction administration.
