DESCRIPTION
The City of Pearsall, Texas seeks a vendor to provide professional auditing services for its general-purpose financial statements. The selected auditor will be expected to express an opinion on the fair presentation of these statements, ensuring they conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Additionally, the auditor will provide opinions on the presentation of the City's combining and individual fund and account group financial statements and schedules, also in accordance with GAAP. The audit scope does not require examination of the report's statistical section.
