TIMELINE

Professional services for fiscal year 2025-2026 are planned to begin approximately July 2025.

Responses for general professional services must be submitted prior to June 30th, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. HST.

Responses for category FN.6 Auditing (Arbitrage Compliance Consultant) must be submitted by March 25th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. HST.

Statements of qualifications and expressions of interest may still be submitted after the deadline and considered for projects initiated after receipt.
