DESCRIPTION
The County of Redding, California seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional audit services. Selected auditors will be expected to coordinate closely with the auditor-controller to facilitate timely access to records, schedules, and workspace during fieldwork, ensuring efficient and thorough completion of audit engagements.
The audit will encompass a variety of financial funds, including the general fund, special revenue funds, debt service fund, capital projects fund, enterprise funds, internal service funds, and fiduciary/custodial funds. Confidentiality, auditor independence, and strict adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations are emphasized throughout the audit process.
