This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver professional audio visual and video production services in Alberta, Canada, supporting a variety of events. Services required include live streaming capabilities and hybrid meeting support, seamlessly facilitating speakers, participants, and interactive audiences both online and in-person. The scope encompasses event management with incorporation of break-out room coordination as needed.

Vendors must also provide recording services, video production—including editing and design—and collaboration with clients for tailored content creation. Additional tasks involve development and production of marketing and promotional visuals such as branding assets, advertisements, social media content, and campaign-related graphics. Further responsibilities include event planning, agenda development, speaker management, registration, attendee communications, and the design or procurement of event materials, like displays, signage, printed materials, invitations, giveaways, or other event collateral as requested by the agency.
