A government authority in New York is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive professional architecture design services. The scope of work covers new building construction, renovations to existing structures, and the design of recreational facilities. Additional services include environmental interpretation, archaeology, surveying, geotechnical subsurface investigations, wetland delineations, and permitting services.
The selected firm will also support hazardous materials abatement testing and design, solar installation projects with utility interconnection coordination, and heat pump system installations, including both air and ground sources. Services related to historic preservation, bathhouse and beach area improvements, structural review, and hazardous material testing and abatement design are also required. The initial contract period will be five years.
This RFP represents a broad opportunity for multidisciplinary architectural firms experienced in collaborating with government agencies and managing a diverse range of public sector projects.
