DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Livingston, New Jersey is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive professional architectural services. The scope involves conducting a detailed programming and needs assessment through interviews with leadership and key stakeholders, documenting operational workflows, assessing and forecasting fleet inventory, and preparing a space plan based on programmatic needs.
Vendors are expected to deliver schematic design work rooted in this assessment, including the development of multiple site layout alternatives, building massing plans, conceptual floor plans, and the identification of code and regulatory constraints. Additionally, the architect must prepare various civil engineering documents such as site plans, grading plans, storm water analysis and design, utility plans, and site lighting plans.
