DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Burnet, Texas seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive professional architectural services. The scope includes initiating and planning the project through a collaborative kick-off meeting with local stakeholders and a review of existing background materials, such as plans, policies, emergency operations procedures, forms, situation reports, and logs.

The selected firm will need to develop an evaluation and data collection methodology aligned with current doctrines. Data will be collected using a range of compliant qualitative and quantitative methods, including stakeholder interviews, facilitated focus groups or hot wash sessions, and thorough document reviews.
