Professional Architectural Services

A government authority in Florida is seeking qualified firms to provide ongoing professional architectural services for a variety of projects. The purpose is to select one or more firms that can deliver architectural services on an as-needed basis for projects that are limited in scope, cost, and duration.

Selected firms will be responsible for a wide range of architectural and related professional services. These may include feasibility studies, planning and programming, all phases of design and construction documentation, as well as renovation, alteration, remodeling, and repairs to existing facilities. Additional tasks may involve site development associated with architectural projects and providing construction administration and observation services.
