A government authority in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking qualified firms to provide professional architectural engineering and related services for both the construction of a new standalone laboratory facility and the expansion and renovation of an existing operations complex. This project aims to address current and anticipated analytical, operations, and maintenance needs for the facility.
The selected firm will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, design, and coordination, as well as preparing construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Construction administration services throughout the build phase are also required.
