A government authority located in Clinton, NC is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide comprehensive services for a phased development of a light industrial building. The project includes both onsite and offsite infrastructure design and engineering, covering aspects such as roads, water, sewer, stormwater management, and utilities.
Responsibilities include preparation of final engineering and construction documents, with stamped construction drawings, technical specifications, preliminary cost estimates, and bid-ready documents for each phase of the project. The scope also covers pad-ready site analysis with an illustrative site map and cost projections for site work to accommodate a 60,000 square foot light industrial building, featuring 32-foot clear ceiling heights and potential for expansion to 120,000 square feet. Additionally, the selected firm will provide conceptual renderings with probable costs, including key building elements such as footings, columns, lighting, and sprinkler systems, as well as an assessment of an existing dam highlighting deficiencies and future maintenance needs.
All inquiries related to this solicitation must be submitted by February 24, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
