A government authority in Thomasville, Georgia is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional services for the Agency Auditorium Capital Improvements Project. The selected firm will be responsible for leading and managing all disciplines necessary to plan, design, permit, and administer construction activities associated with these improvements.
Scope of services includes programming verification, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. The project encompasses life safety and deferred maintenance elements, as well as facility enhancements. For facility enhancements, deliverables will include schematic renderings—specifically two interior renderings and a conceptual site plan suited for marketing or fundraising collateral.
Firms with demonstrated expertise in architectural design and construction management are encouraged to submit proposals. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by January 9, 2026. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 5, 2026.
