A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. The scope of work includes interior architectural design and all facets of construction engineering, such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, environmental, geo-technical, and sustainability solutions.
Additional services required include landscape design, site planning, development of plans for redevelopment, and remediation of physical deficiencies. Vendors will also be responsible for preparing existing and construction drawings, technical specifications for construction projects, and providing cost estimates.
This contract will have a one-year term. Interested firms should note that a pre-proposal conference is scheduled for December 11, 2025, and all questions must be submitted by December 12, 2025.
