DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Elkhorn, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide professional and reliable legal process services. These services include, but are not limited to, the handling of summons, complaints, affidavits, subpoenas, orders, petitions, writs, motions, and other legal documents. Vendors must be capable of offering nationwide service, which may involve subcontracting to outside process servers.
The selected vendor must ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, performing all services with diligence, accuracy, and timeliness. It is essential for vendors to be familiar with Service of Process statutes, provide same-day service upon request, and maintain comprehensive documentation and accounting records.
