A Colorado university is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a modern, configurable software solution for faculty professional activities reporting, along with associated professional services. The goal is to replace the university's existing in-house and legacy commercial systems, which are currently used for managing faculty data, annual merit reviews, and related processes but no longer meet evolving business and technical requirements.
The selected vendor will provide a commercial off-the-shelf or consortia-supported software tool that fulfills all mandatory requirements for faculty reporting of professional activities (FRPA), while also incorporating as many desired features as possible. The vendor is expected to handle software configuration, integration, and implementation, beginning with a pilot deployment involving fewer than 100 faculty users and progressing to a full rollout in the subsequent reporting cycle. Proposals may include both software licensing and all necessary professional services, either through a single provider or in partnership with an implementation partner. The contract term for this engagement will be three years.
