DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive production services for live events. The scope of work includes the provision of skilled technical labor such as audio engineers (A1), audio assistants (A2), lighting directors (L1), lighting assistants (L2), lighting designers, camera operators, and directors of photography with experience in television broadcasts and live music events.

Vendors will also be required to supply professional-grade equipment rentals including custom sound and lighting systems tailored to event requirements, staging, camera equipment, trucking for equipment delivery, venue and generator rentals, stage dressing, and miscellaneous labor for event planning. Additional services include all production-related needs such as drafting, engineering, expendables, crew accommodations, and security to safeguard venues, talent, and equipment. The successful partner should have experienced jib operators for live events and a video switcher team lead with a strong background in live music production. All lighting equipment rental will be per the specific task order statement of work.
