DESCRIPTION

The vendor is required to provide comprehensive production services for the FIFA fan festival event. These services include setting up and managing the main stage viewing area, and supplying a small band microphone package complete with microphone stands, DI boxes, sub snakes, and cables appropriate for local or regional acts.

Additional requirements include a monitor system for performers, a PA system for the entrance area, LED screens with processing equipment, as well as integrated lighting systems. Lighting services for a secondary viewing zone are also requested. All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by February 27, 2026.
