The City of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive production services for approximately 17 events annually. These services will encompass the provision of skilled technicians to manage equipment load-in and load-out, as well as ensuring a minimum of one on-site technician is present throughout each event.
The production requirements include supplying and operating lighting and sound systems, as well as monitors and managing all related electrical needs and event conditions. Vendors should have demonstrated experience supporting events with technical production services and the ability to meet specified equipment and staffing requirements.
