The province of Ontario is seeking experienced vendors to deliver comprehensive production services for a series of live entertainment events and FIFA 2026 event broadcasts. The scope of work encompasses temporary audiovisual, audio, video, lighting, and technical production services to support live entertainment programming, which will be held three nights a week for the remaining seven weeks leading up to Labour Day. This programming will be presented on an established stage, enhancing the visitor experience throughout the event period.
Vendors will also be responsible for the public viewing and technical production of FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, delivering live broadcasts and supporting related live programming. The goal is to produce memorable and engaging content aligned with the prestige of this global event. In addition, the selected provider must supply a complete audio production system to meet all technical needs. Interested vendors are advised to note key dates, including a mandatory pre-bid site visit scheduled for January 29, 2026, and the deadline for questions on February 9, 2026.
