This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors capable of providing comprehensive production and installation support services. The work scope includes engineering and technical services, configuration management, integrated logistics support, obsolescence mitigation, cybersecurity, and overall production and delivery activities.
Vendors will be responsible for designing network architectures—including virtualized systems—by conducting thorough research, procurement, implementation, and testing processes. The engagement also involves the design and maintenance of software architectures, supporting both high-level and derived requirements for physical and virtual sub-systems. Software engineering support will include development, maintenance, integration, and enhancement of existing and new software codes, operating systems, and system capabilities.
Key tasks include ensuring compliance with Application Security and Development Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), developing and certifying software for Human Machine Interface (HMI) graphical user interfaces, and supporting programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python. There is also a requirement for software engineering services related to radar distribution applications and displays, as well as a full suite of cybersecurity services—including technical, operational, and managerial support to uphold software security.
