DESCRIPTION

An organization is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a procurement lifecycle management solution, including the necessary software licenses, hosting, and professional services. The selected solution should be offered as a SaaS platform with capabilities to enhance and mature the procurement process, improve client experience, activate vendor management programs, and boost data analytics across interconnected divisions.

The scope of services includes planning and implementation, legacy information migration (notably transferring all existing awards and data from Salesforce), end-user training, and post-implementation support. The system must support pre-award, award, and post-award procurement functions and must be regularly penetration tested, undergo vulnerability scans, and possess an effective patch management process. Additional requirements include a secure and well-documented authorized user change management process, integration with Microsoft suite (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), data classification and encryption features, comprehensive reporting tools, online help for users, printable procurement documents, and contract creation support tools.

The chosen vendor should provide proven expertise in delivering end-to-end procurement lifecycle management solutions, with demonstrated capabilities in system integration, security, data migration, and user support.
