The government authority in Los Angeles, California is seeking vendors to provide privacy protection services tailored for approximately 500 Judicial Officers. Core responsibilities include online personal information removal, opt–out demands to known Internet Data Vendors, and the scrubbing of data from popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, Discord, and BlueSky. Regular checks must be conducted every three to six months, or as requested, to ensure information has been successfully removed and has not resurfaced.
Vendors are expected to deliver detailed monthly or quarterly reports outlining data identified and removed, as well as any associated safety and security concerns. A dedicated representative for customer support, including email and phone contact, is required to address ongoing requests and service needs. The contract term will be for one year.
Prospective bidders must demonstrate an established track record of stability and integrity, and the ability to manage sensitive operations for government clients. All vendor inquiries must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
