DESCRIPTION

The RFP seeks a vendor to provide a modern, cloud-based prior learning assessment management system. This new solution will replace the existing HCL/Notes platform and is expected to deliver enhanced ease of use, accessibility, robust reporting capabilities, and seamless system integration.
