Printing Services

The government authority located in Portland, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide on-call printing services. Required services include standard and large format printing, as well as business correspondence materials. The selected vendor must have graphic design staff available to support each stage of the process, from initial output through proofing, printing, bindery, and, when needed, mail preparation and delivery.

The scope of work covers professional printing for marketing and communication materials, fabrication and delivery of custom signage and display materials, including banners (both exterior and interior), flatbed printing, custom graphic panel cutting, presentation boards, and printed adhesive vinyl. Some assignments will require on-site installation at various locations, as well as quick-turn mobile signage for events. The vendor should also provide an online ordering portal for business correspondence printing needs.
