A government authority in Rancho Cucamonga, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing, mailing, and fulfilment services. The selected vendor will handle projects ranging from simple reproduction to complex, multi-piece printing, and mailing jobs. Bidders' production facilities should ideally be located within a 40-mile radius of IEHP's headquarters.
Scope of work includes the production and storage of printed materials, assembly of multi-piece mailers, and preparation for United States Postal Service mailing. Post-project responsibilities include providing postal statements, inventory reports, and delivery notifications. Vendors may also be requested to offer additional services such as large-format printing, signage, packaging, window clings, and vehicle wraps.
Bidders must provide a comprehensive list of their printing equipment, detailing specifications and capabilities. Capabilities must include digital file printing, black-and-white and color digital printing and photocopying. The initial contract term is one year, and all vendor questions must be submitted by April 7, 2026.
