Printing, Embroidery, Artwork and Promotional Items Supplies

A California-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide printing, embroidery, artwork, and promotional items supplies and services. The vendor will support staff and organizational events by supplying printed materials such as double-sided business cards, printed envelopes (#10, 500 per box), specialty marketing products, and marketing materials with bulk mailing capabilities to residents. All work must adhere to established branding guidelines, which now include a recently updated logo.

The scope also includes providing apparel for staff and program participants, with requirements for embroidery, vinyl, silk screening, and multiple color printing on products including polo shirts, long sleeve shirts, mid-length apparel, jackets, and various promotional or marketing items. The vendor should have the ability to store existing screens for consistent reproduction of branded items. The contract term will be two years.
