DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Gloucester, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services. The scope includes the production and distribution of approximately 111,000 municipal tax, water, and sewer bills. The selected vendor will handle all aspects of the process including sourcing materials, printing (two-sided bills in black ink on white or city-approved colored stock), folding, insertion, mailing, postal coordination, and documentation.
