DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Olmito, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services. The selected company will be responsible for managing the printing and distribution of electric, water, and wastewater utility bills to approximately 73,500 customers each month, totaling an estimated 750,000 bills and 160,000 reminder notices annually.
The scope includes supplying all necessary labor, equipment, and materials, configuring bills and reminder notice reports, interfacing with existing systems, and managing all aspects of the print and mail process. Monthly mailings consist of approximately 75,800 pieces, with daily production volumes ranging from 500 to 8,500 mail pieces.
