DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide printing and mailing envelope services. The required envelopes should be return envelopes made from 24 Sub., white wove material, with printing on two sides using black and blue ink. The envelopes must feature a side opening, diagonal seams, and a fully gummed commercial flap.
Packaging requirements include inner boxes of 500 enclosed in outer cartons containing no fewer than 2,500 and no more than 5,000 envelopes. All outer cartons must be palletized and securely banded or shrink-wrapped on standard four-way pallets measuring 40 x 48 inches. Envelopes must be banded or shrink-wrapped in boxes on these pallets, and envelope types are not to be mixed on a single pallet.
